• A modern Yamaha jet ski (for a solo driver or to share)
• All necessary fuel for the entire 2-hour safari
• Professional, English-speaking guide
• High-quality, certified life vest
• Comprehensive safety briefing and handling instruction
• Waterproof bag for your small valuables (phone, keys)
• Driving goggles to protect from water spray
• A bottle of water to keep you hydrated

• This activity requires a moderate level of physical fitness and is an active experience. You must be able to balance and hold on securely.
• For safety reasons, this tour is NOT recommended for:
  • Pregnant travelers.
  • Travelers with serious back or neck problems.
  • Travelers with heart conditions or other serious medical conditions.
• There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs. You will not be permitted to participate if you are under the influence, and no refund will be issued.
• The maximum combined weight per jet ski is 220 kg (approx. 485 lbs).
• This experience is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for guests with significant mobility impairments.

• You will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking. Please read it carefully.
• This tour is weather-dependent. If we must cancel due to unsafe conditions (e.g., high winds or thunderstorms), we will contact you directly to reschedule or provide a full refund.

For the best possible experience, we recommend bringing the following items with you.

• Required Items:
  • We require all renters to be at least 20 years old
  • Valid Driver's License: All drivers must present a valid, original driver's license (e.g., for a car, moped, etc.).
  • Credit Card: For the security deposit required per jet ski upon arrival.
  • Your Booking Confirmation: A digital copy on your phone is perfect.
• Recommended for Your Comfort:
  • Swimwear: To wear during the safari (under a wetsuit if you rent one, or on its own).
  • Towel and a full change of clothes: For after the tour so you can leave feeling dry and comfortable.
  • Sunscreen: The sun's reflection on the water can be strong, even on cloudy days.
  • Sunglasses: Highly recommended to protect your eyes from both sun and water spray. A strap to secure them is a great idea.
  • A light, windproof jacket: It can get chilly on the water with the wind, even on a warm day.
  • Waterproof Camera (e.g., GoPro): To capture your adventure! Please note this is at your own risk.
  • Footwear you don't mind getting wet: Water shoes or sandals with a strap are ideal.

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event
